Solandi Van Zyl

 Registered Dietitian, Business Owner, Triathlon-junkie, Outdoor Lover, Creative-minded.

 
Solandi graduated as a qualified dietitian in 2013 from the University of Stellenbosch.  After completing her Community service year, she gained extensive experience in critical care, surgical and medical nutrition therapy.  In 2015 she joined an established private practice based in the clinical field.  In 2017, Solandi started her own private practice and embarked on the journey of Solandi van Zyl Registered Dietitian, where she is currently consulting at Life St. Georges Hospital in PE.

I am passionate about my work and adore my husband and family. I love the outdoors and quite a keen triathlon junkie, I’ve completed two 70.3 Ironman events and loved every minute of it.  
I enjoy being creative and my friends would describe me as a chatterbox, I still dream about my own talkshow.  Braaivleis is my ultimate favourite and I add butternut to almost every meal, my favourite treat would be mint ice cream.
